The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were offered a complimentary drink and snack which was a nice touch. The private onsen was definitely worth the extra cost. The view was breathtaking and the temperature of the water was perfect. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
That there was no drinking water in the onsen area. It was necessary to go to the relaxation area to get a drink.

This hotel is located in a very convenient area, just a short walk from the train station and shops. the staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is excellent. the rooms have beautiful sea views and the hot spring baths are enjoyable.
The facilities are aged and the onsen can be crowded and not very clean.
